1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide advertising, newspaper placements, brand promotion, business/exhibition services, business support, and doors & windows supply. Service scope, fees, and timelines will be defined in proposals or work orders.

3) Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear requirements, approvals, and timely feedback.
• Ensure you have rights to content you provide (logos, creatives, data).
• Adhere to applicable laws, rules, and advertising standards.

4) Fees & Payments

• Invoices are due as per agreed payment terms. Delays may impact schedules.
• Media, fabrication, and third-party costs may require advance payment.
• Prices exclude taxes unless stated; applicable taxes will be charged.

5) Changes & Cancellation

Change requests after approval may affect costs and timelines. Cancellations are subject to actuals incurred and vendor policies.

6) Intellectual Property

Final deliverables are licensed to the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners.

7) Warranties & Liability

Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8) Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public business information shared for the engagement.

9) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays/failures due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions).

10) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
